We can provide a range of packages to give your business the internet presence it needs. This can be all inclusive: everything from registering your domain, through to design, development and hosting your website.

Alternatively, if you only require certain elements of our service then we can provide that too. We are totally flexible, please contact us to discuss your exact needs and to arrange for a free, no obligation quote.

Web Design & Development

Before starting any work, and before you incur any cost, we will discuss your exact requirements with you. Then we will design and develop a website to meet your needs. We can include digital photographs that you provide free of charge, or if you are in the Devon locality, we can take photos for you for a small additional charge. Any graphics or company logos that you may have can also be included.

We will temporarily publish a draft version of your website for you to review and can incorporate any changes you wish us to make. Once the format is agreed, the final version of the website will be produced. At this stage, the website will be published on the internet using your chosen domain name. You will have 30 days to request any minor changes you require at no extra cost.

Web Hosting

We can take care of all aspects of hosting and managing your website for you. Our most cost effective hosting package does not allow client access to update the website. We are always able to update your website for you. However, if you need access to update your own website, we can still provide hosting for you.

Website Promotion

This is included as part of the web hosting and management service, we will submit the details of your website to all the major search engines. However please note it can take anything from several weeks to several months for your website to be found by the search engines, this is perfectly normal. Additionally we will actively promote your website to help achieve the highest possible position within the search engine results listing. We can not guarantee that you will be at the top of the listings for every search, but we can guarantee that we will do our best to get get you the best possible results from your website.

Domain Name Registration

We will help you select a domain name and register it for you, although we can not guarantee your preferred name will be available. The minimum term you can register a domain name for is 2 years.

Search Engine Optimization

There is a vast amount of information on the internet, search engines such as Google or Yahoo are the means that most people use to find the information. We ensure that your website is designed in such a way to ensure that all the key information is easily available to the search engines so improving your chances of being found by a relevant key word search. This is achieved purely by design, we do not employ illegal or underhand techniques.

For existing websites we can offer a review service and produce a report containing recommendations to make your website more search-engine friendly.

Website Updates and Maintenance

Once we have produced your website our relationship does not have to end there. We can update and maintain the website for you. There are two options available, a quarterly maintenance contract or a one-off update chargeable at an hourly rate. For websites that do not change very frequently we would recommend the latter option. For website with regular updates we recommend the quarterly maintenance contract.

Visitor Tracking

For websites that we host and manage, we provide software to track the number of visitors to your website free of charge. The software produces graphical reports daily that are available to review online.
